2 - During 2020 (COVID times) there was a sponsored speed climber that was at my climbing gym. He was very good (5.5 to 6 seconds). I think he usually medaled at the college level. His arms were big. I used to watch him put 100lbs chained around his waist and do 10-12 pull ups before he couldn't anymore.

Coincidentally, there was a pull up competition where the winner won ....something or another. You could video yourself doing the pullups and then tag the climbing gym.

55, this Olympic level college student was able to do 55.

Just looked him up and represents the United States at IFSC Climbing World Cups. He narrowly missed out on the Olympics
