As a climber and a conservation biologist who had to look up the laws on this type of stuff -- felony charges are involved if caught. Potentially the Endangered Species Act if any flora or fauna is in the area, but more likely the Wilderness Act, National Historic Preservation Act, the Antiquities Act (maybe), and the new John Dingell Conservation act.

As a contractor who works for the federal government, this type of destruction happens more than you think. The drones have been a big culprit since they hit the commercial market. Swooping in on endangered nesting birds, operating in National Parks, or harassing wildlife in general. **

The cynic in me says these $hitbags will likely face no punishment. Remember these clowns who toppled over rock formations in Utah? Literal Boy Scout pack leaders with idiotic grins as they laughed and toppled over formations millions of years in the making? Probation, a $1500 fine, and court costs. And their records were wiped clean.




Interesting note: The person who did the pushing in the video claimed permanent disability from a 2009 auto accident.

** EDIT: Having talked to NOAA law enforcement, they conveyed their job is much easier since social media. People are either being caught by others, documenting their crimes and posting them on social media.

We know from his Twitter days that Trump only sleeps around 4 hours a night, so I'm sure he's taking micronaps constantly as his body fights his horrible sleep schedule. We also know from people that briefed him that he is not good at paying attention, which fits into this. I am going to maliciously and without evidence blame this on his drug use.

 

Could also be the fact his brain and emotions have never developed beyond that of a 4-year old who isn't potty trained.
