    1946-2026 'Mister FC Utrecht' Leo van Veen passed away at the age of 80

    At the age of 80, 'Mister FC Utrecht' Leo van Veen passed away on Wednesday afternoon. The Utrechter played 391 official matches for the club in thirteen seasons. He scored 154 goals as a striker. Including his period at FC Utrecht predecessor DOS, his total came to 174 hits in 491 Eredivisie matches.
