Big shout-out from the Drury Inn & Suites on the San Antonio Riverwalk. Riding the tour boat a little while ago, we saw another hardcore Dynamo family (Dynamo T-shirts and all), and we exchanged a couple of "Dale Dynamo!"s, much to amusement of the other boat passengers.

We need a win guys, injuries/yellow-card-accumulations notwithstanding.

 

I love it when the announcers don't know they are live.....just heard that they are "getting attacked by ants" in the pressbox....

Looks like the sun is out for the game, and the guys are getting ready to play.

No unfortunately, I am now sat using the laptop for posting on here and watching the game on the desktop.

 

This sucks - counting on you guys to help me through my temporary game-blindness (even the MLS match tracker is not quite working for me yet... )

Ngwenya had a great move on a run, but never got an angle at goal.

Wow - 8 minutes in, Houston controlling possession for the most part. But Cbus just had a cross that got behind the Dynamo defense and Virtuoso should have put it away but didn't. And then a minute later, Scheletto hits the crossbar from the top of the box.

They were awful corners.

 

awful defense.

Scheletto dribbles through to the box and finds wide open Moreno who puts it home left side with no trouble.

 

Crap - bad defense leaves Moreno open and he scores a goal, assisted by Schelotto. 1-0 Cbus, 17'

 

What on earth were the defenders doing they jusy stood back and watched!

 

When do we get a shot at their goal?

 

Jaqua yellow carded for incidental contact. Will miss next game with accumulation.

 

Looks like a rough night...no offense, no heart at all.......

 

Jaqua gets a yellow card for being clumsy.....that really wasn't a reckless play, but he's just so uncoordinated that he almost falls into the CBus player. So he has to sit out next game.

Dynamo getting the ball at the offensive end a few times but can't connect and get a shot off. Ngwenya has had a few times when he should have taken a shot but he held the ball too long. And I don't know if Ashe has done anything yet, no impact on the game yet from him.

 

De-ro with a sick left footed shot from 20 yards. Keeper punches over the bar.

Corner is grasped by Columbus keeper.

 

DeRo with a shot left footed from the top of the box, just deflected by Hesmer. Following CK comes to nothing.

Ashe has had some very good defensive coverages. But absent on offense.
