We’re throwing Chandler under the bus? He threw himself under the bus. Never gave a damn about the USNT, unless it could benefit his career. Soulless mercenary.

im not sure hes better than cannon or yedlin...id put him in the mix with them.

i dont think he ever retired from the team....pretty sure he still wants to play.

Frankurt played really well for much of the match, and Chandler didn't get burned too badly by Guerriero. Frankfurt were up 2-0, but Bellingham equalized on a header in the 87th - Chandler maybe should have challenged him for it (though I imagine his vertical is a good 20 inches less than Bellingham's at this point in their lives). He also got a yellow for a tired late tackle of Hazard. Dahoud scored the winner in just the 89th minute picking up a loose ball and shooting into the lower corner from distance (no Chandler content on that one). Brutal 3-2 loss at home. On the other hand, great comeback for the Dortmund Reynas as he prepares to come back.

I thought Timmeh looked really good today. Busy up and down the flank, always getting into good spots and hit some really good balls across. Also well positioned to provide support on both sides of the ball, playing good smart balls in transition. Looked like a guy worthy of inclusion in a US camp.

Frankfurt getting destroyed on Kostic's side and losing 0-2 already to Arminia, a releg candidate.

Chandler subbed on in the 83rd minute for Ansgar Knauff at RWB, leading 4-1.

I learned that his teammates call him "Kindergarten Cop." I'll choose to believe that's a compliment. I saw one very good headed clearance of a free kick and one placed cross that was about a foot away from giving his teammate a sitter.

I still think Chandler is better than Bello and Cannon (probably Yedlin too). Could have been a decent fall-back option for us if he'd been invited to the team anytime over last five years.

Got on for the last minute of 9 extra minutes of stoppage time! He and his squad steam rolled Barca at home and will meet the massive West Ham Hammers in the next round

Clearly Chandler is the best American right back in Europe.

It is a pretty crazy run for Frankfurt. Not sure Chandler gets minutes, but still.
