Today I came back to Tokyo from Georgia and Albania via Istanbul. I would like to say I really appriciate that many Irish people helped me during the trip. Now I miss the time spending with the people and the team but i will go to Dublin and Switzerland in September and October to support Ireland again!! Thank you very, very, very much for everything you did for me....!! Love, Maiko
Maiko, did see you at the bar in the players hotel after the game. unfortunately I had to dash to Durres for the ferry so didn't get chance to say hello.... might catch you in Dublin in September Take care Jnr
you actually travel from Japan to Europe, or wherever they may be, to catch Republic of Ireland games on a regular basis!?! Wow! that's dedication. How long are flights from say Tokyo to Dublin anyway?
Hello Maiko! Did you know that your photograph appeared in a national newspaper - 'The Daily Mirror' on the day of the Albania match? You were wearing a donegal jersey (nice one!!!) and holding the tricolour over your head.
Woohoo - she's rapidly moving up the ranks of my favourite people on this site Hope you had a good trip.
Maiko, I hope you enjoyed Ireland. When I was in Japan for the World Cup last year, whenever Ireland wasn't playing, I would walk around the Roppongi district in my Shinji Ono Jersey screaming "Nihongo no Icihiban Desu!". Thanks for supporting us Irish! anytime you need an Airurando-Jin supporting Japan, I will do it! Sebatian P.S. Kankoku no baka desu.
Thank you! Thank you for many replies! Father Ted>Yes, I'm really crazy Ireland fan because I LOVE IRELAND and I LOVE IRISH PEOPLE! That's it and That's everything. I had a great time there! Jnr>Next time, we will see each other! I am looking forward to going to Ireland in September! Because I want to spend my OOth birthday in my favotite place, so. Jack>From Japan to Dublin, it takes me about 15 hours via London if the flights connection is good. I don't care for travelling by myself because I know I would see Irish people there! Frank>I heard that I was on the news paper when I was in Albania. I couldn't see it, although. Is it O.K...? I was taken the photo at U-21 game. Leto>I brought 3 jerseys-Galway, Donegal and Dublin to Georgia and Albania. When I arrived in Tirana and went to the hotel, I just found out the U-21 game had just started on TV. So I changed my clothes to Donegal jersey and went out! 5 mins run to get there! Sebastian>Arigatou gozaimasu! Do you like Ono? Yes, he is a good player. When we need you, I will call you! And again to all of you: Go raibh maith agat!
i didn't know we had a japanese girl in love with irish people. love is always what i need, but no one ever give me one. you may want to enjoy your little cute chat but true love only comes from hamatachi, the true spirit of japan.
