    The Tudor Effect:

    played 3, won 0, drawn 0, lost 3, scored 3, conceded 9

I don't blame Igor for yesterday - we were actually ahead until dumbass VdV lost the game for us.

True, but the subs and the setup after we went down to 10 men made no sense.

Igor was an odd pick. I don't get why they picked him

Is Xavi Hernandez available? I know that sounds like a crazy fit but he's prob the smartest guy available

We are scraping bottom of the barrel at this point. If anyone comes in, it will be a Dyche/Sherwood type.

Or a Harry type. Throw a little belief and encouragement at 'em.

It was hardly irrational. He's got a decent track record of turning around form in short order. He's also gone into big jobs (Marseille) stating outright that he wanted to entertain the fans. It's easy enough to see the rationale for thinking he'd be a good fit.

That said - hindsight being a bit easier and all - it appears not, perhaps, to have been an accurate assessment.

We are a club of firsts - what if we use an AI to coach the team?

Entertainment is the opposite of what is needed now. What is needed is pragmatism and survival. Ranieri would have been ideal. Roma was near relegation last season when Ranieri took over and they finished 5th. He won a bunch of games 1-0. He also has PL experience which Igor does not. Its a tall order to throw someone into the Prem in this situation. That said I think we avoid relegation if we can get a few players back.

Seems like a fair amount of confirmation bias in your assessment of Ranieri. He has a lot of duds in his CV. He would not be the man to drag Spurs out of the doldrums with 12-13 fit players.

He has a lot more data under his belt than Igor. He's brought Roma back twice and he won the PL with a fairly modest team.
Basically you need a manager who can eke out some wins ugly; we don't have the personnel
