If Steve Marlet hadn't gotten injured...

    would Marseille have a better record than they have now ? I think yes ! His first game back he scores the game winning goal. This guy is val-u-ble.

    i don't fully agree with you, obviously Marlet is valuable but I think we miss(ed) a playmaker rather than a striker (drogba and mido can score goals)

    I don't think Marlet would have change our bad results, we miss more Dos Santos than him, we had to play with the bad Ecker on the left and Meité on the right, none of these two are side defenders, that was a big problem...

    Well you guys rarely win a game by more than 1 goal so he would have helped with the scoring.

    It's a hard thing to say. Kind of like saying, "if the Japanese hadn't bombed Pearl Harbor, the Americans would have joined the Axis powers."

    Marlet does add to Marseille's game, but to say the lost because they didn't have him in the line-up speaks volumes about the other players on the team.
