Have you heard anything about Braga coming??? It would be better than nothing, but Juventus would SPANK them.

I heard a rumour early in the year about Braga coming. I went to watch Porto, they played crap but i would go watch any portuguese team for that matter.
I think this sucks. If Portuguese league and Portuguese teams like Sporting, Porto and Benfica are not taken serious is in part due to the fact that they are not as well know internationally as some other teams, in part this is caused by them not doing any international tours. If i was Porto, Sporting or a Benfica Dirigente i would schedule tours of Asia & North America every year in pre-season. This would be great for the fans abroad and it would bring new fans to the teams. Teams like Man U, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Milan are doing it so all they would have to do is schedule matches with these teams and they would get great exposure.....but unfortenly they think small.....Albufeira Tournements are better
It would be great if the Big 3 were to travel to North America more often, but they will only come if it makes financial sense, and maybe this year the money offered to them wasn't worth the travel. I agree that they should try to market themselves more, especially outside Europe.
They see that their jerseys & accesories sell pretty good over here, and they know they have tonnes of fans over here....They know they don't need to sell themselves to North Americans.
