At last, the Red will be removed from DC United's colors! http://www.dcunited.com/assets/story_image/ehead.gif As anyone can see, the absence of red from this graphic proves that we will henceforth be known as the Black & White. Please dicuss in the way of such threads as: Does the star in the logo count? and The new logo is kewl, the old one is wierd, and I hear the 10 year anniversary logo is going to be da bomb!
I don't think there will be any threads like this in the offseason. On other things maybe, but not on this.
Oh contrare my dear perctarit! It is my mission this offseason to redesign the graphics, nay, the entire ethos of DC United!!!! You'll see!
Bring It On! (And, while you're doing so, my I suggest something in the way of mauve or fuschia for the color scheme?)

Re: Re: Re: And I'm sure you've done a great job of staying on his good side with threads like this...
Good work Lowe. Not to spur on this needless debate ... buuuuuuuuuuuuut, who's to say that that is intended to be white? Maybe we're changing to the Black & Silver, ala the Raiders. Why not, the other teams already hate us, and after the Metros copied us, maybe we should change colors. Actually, I'm cool with Black & Red, Black & White, Black & Grey, but puhleese keep the primary color Black. We've been too cool for too long to mess it up now. -Tron
Black and Silver eh? I like it. Actually the home shirt used to have a kind of silvery thread woven into the stripes. In the end though, I think black and white is a solid tradition.
Without anyone drawing me a picture... Does anyone know where I can find a pic of the new road jersey? (are there any yet?)
This one used to be for David Batty right after France 98. It can apply to Jamie. He's black He's white His penalties are shite!
