Meanwhile in La Segunda, It looks to me like the top 6 are set, but which clubs will be in the top 2 to get the automatic promotion spots is not yet clear. The Valencian community could have both Levante and Elche earn promotion, although some club named Mirandes are in the top 3 as well. I haven't seen any of these clubs play, although it would be hilarious to see tiny Mirandes and their 5k capacity stadium in La Liga
Right. And #2 Mirandes plays #6 Almeria tomorrow. The loser could lose their valuable position in the table. I am hoping for Racing Santander. Great, passionate fans. Pretty much selling out every match of their 22k-seat stadium. Plus, no team currently from that region of Spain in La Liga. My second choice would be Real Oviedo, for similar reasons (with a 30k seat stadium).
Yup, and there's the pichichi right there for mbappe. Now, in a perverse way, I now hope that Mbappe wins the Pichichi, so that Perez can point to that, and claim success on his latest stupid "galaticos" project. We WANT LPB to stupidly think that their 3 LW attack makes sense, rather than them fixing their lineup. At the same time, LPB getting a metric fückton of PKs tempers their idiotic cries about Negreira, while giving Lewandowski an objective for next season.
If Espanyol are any sort of reference, it's tough to survive promotion. That's a big club, with a big stadium, in a big metropolitan area. Yet, they look like they're about to crap their pants outta La Liga. So it would be tough for the bigger clubs coming up, be it Racing, Oviedo, Elche, or Levante. I wouldn't mind tiny Mirandes giving their fans a fairytale, and a cup of coffee in La Liga. It'll probably be their first, last, and only time up, and those supporters will have stories to tell their kids in 20 years from now.
95th minute goal for Sunderland to take a 2-1 lead over Sheffield Utd in the playoff final! And Sunderland go up.
yeah lucky that own goal was called off for offside , strange they had more dangerous chances than us but i think they will get tired in the second half because of how hard they are pressing.
LPB won so we need to win our last game otherwise they might pressure Osasuna to keep trying to deduct 3 points from us because of Inigo
Damn, both Las Palmas and asspanyol on 5 game losing streaks going into this fixture. If either club could have gotten one or two results, they might be safe; I think ya gotta fire both managers, regardless of what happens today.
Asspanyol with 0 shots on target at home and outplayed against the second-worst team in the division who has nothing to play for. That's bad!
a million corners without any use , so frustrating seeing even the women team struggle against bunker teams.
Barca B / Barcelona Atletic relegated in the final minute to the fourth division https://www.barcablaugranes.com/202...legation-despite-victory-on-chaotic-final-day
Gotta invest in that side, since so many players from that side have gotten promoted to the first team so quickly.
Just a poor effort by Villa today. With a chance to get into the UCL next season, Villa allow a weak manURE side curbstomp them. They cant break a press with 60 year old Casemiro in it. They allow Ligue Un calibre Hoijlund get behind their defense, and then Martinez gets red carded for DOGSO. I can't believe this is the same Villa team that fought Q$G to the death in UCL.
