I've thought Jung was the better option, but not after today. He made bad decisions, and almost caught a simple ball behind the goal line.

I thought the indecisiveness I saw in the Greece match was mostly due to the sun and first game nerves. Guess it was a bigger problem than that.

in retrospect, lwj should have started the argentina match to gain some fitness and be brought up later if needed.

huh did not manage the players properly. i blame the manager.

why he brought ahn into the team just to ride the bench was stupid. should have had lee keunho last night.

Actually, Lee Woon-jae should've started against Greece, Argentina, Nigeria and Uruguay. Jung Sung-ryong may have his moments by making these so called "super-saves," but unfortunately for him, consistency is what separates the good ones from mediocre ones in his position. National team is not for developing young and mediocre players. Get him off the team.

After today's performance I have to agree that JSR simply isn't the answer. It's time to start looking at other keepers and testing them out, quickly.

Sigh, what a performance. JSR should ride off and never don a KNT jersey again.

I don't know..I mean we took a gamble and went with JSR..but I just wonder what it would've been like if we stuck with LWJ..this man never made a crucial mistake in the past world cups; the exact reason why we went so far in 2002. TBH, one or two is ok, but JSR made too many mistakes during all four matches, including conceding goals that could've been saved. Any one of Kwon soon tae, kim yong dae(although a bit old), or kim young kwang has a good chance of taking over the spot.

Seriously, LWJ in his prime would have saved two of the goals in the Argentina match. He probably would have save one of them, in his current condition. Sad but true.

Goal keeping really hurt us this WC. Along with the defense.

I for one agreed w/ the gamble but JSR played himself out of the top job. We go back to square one.

I can only imagine JSR looked the best in training as our #3 whether it be Yong Dae or Young Kwang was never brought up.

Well, Bob Bradley took out Clark after 35 minutes because he was playing like shit. Huh should have had the balls to put LWJ in after the break, because Jung was continuing to not impress.

    LMFAO

is it Jung fualt LWJ is fatazz? your all assumed LWJ is same guy 4 yrs ago, he ain't, nobody is beter 4 yrs older on wrong side 30 and fater. i ain't seen any practice report but i gota believe Huh replace LWJ with Jung so late ment he think LWJ is decline, and outa shape guys in 30s decline fast.

Huh shouda look for LWJ replasment sooner, but I'm still gonna pin this LWJ for ate his way out of job.

I'm starting to think that the KFA's will try to re-sign Huh on a long term deal. Jo Jung-yeon's post-game interview is clearly indicating this.

This is bad news for Kim Yong-dae. He'll never get another chance if Huh keeps his job.

I was being cynical in another post but I said if he doesn't make it out of the group he already said he was leaving. If he makes it out he's waiting for the KFA to beg him to stay.

    He had both bases covered.

I really hope we are not in the same situation in 2014, wondering if we should go with this GK or another.

Hopefully by then we will have an undisputed No. 1.
