They can pass the ball very well..great movement without the ball...They have a top striker and a Gk...enough to win it all..methinks

Well, Tomasson was selected as "man of the match" yesterday... and he deserves all the credit he can get ... 4 goals in 4 games at the WC-02 finals and now 3 goals in 3 games at the Euro-04 finals... always scoring goals in important games ... if that is not a class goalscorer, then I dont know anything about soccer ;) ...

Actually, I find it quite funny to read what alot of ppl at different forums and even foreign "experts" usually write about the Danish NT players in general... like Tomasson and Gravesen being average ... or Martin Laursen and Thomas Helveg being useless ... or Jesper Grønkjær and Dennis Rommedahl being horrible poor ...

And then actually watch them play on the same NT for Denmark ...

I've always liked Tomason, even before he joined Milan. I hope that with his performance so far he will manage to gain a starting position next season in the Seria A. I think he's a better overall player than Inzaghi and can contribute a lot more to the team as a whole. Plus, he scores important goals in important matches and rarely chockes.

Denmark are decent, good pace from the wingers, Graveson is a very good passer in the middle and the strikers can score. I'm not convinced by their defence though, I think Czech will edge them out 3-2.

Graveson.....Is this the same player who shows up for fifteen minute bursts in Everton blue? If he played like this in the Prem Rooney would have all the service he needs. Instead, the Toffees get a half a good game from him and then he disappears for three, four games. But he has looked class here.

Denmark are my heros. With a population about the size of ours (around 6 mio), they always manage to be competitive in major tournaments. Here's hoping we manage to duplicate that success one day...

    Good luck to Denmark!

Hmmm you could be describing Rooney as well.

In Europe both are surrounded by other talented players.

Any wonder that Graveson and Radzinski want out of Everton?

The team I was surprised with the most was Denmark because I didn't know they could score so much. I thought they would be boring but they proved me wrong.

I hope Radzinski could go to West Ham. He isn't top flight high talent anymore and could fit in well with the Harewood.

The team was dreadfully boring in the last Euros. They played like Norway. Since Olsen took over they've played in the Dutch style.

You're right about Radzinski I fear.

At Euro-00 half of players wasnt really fit, the preparations was a disaster and at the finals, several of the key-players were out with injuries.... Not even the players belived they could win...

Denmark wasn't very good at Euro2000 but I don't think I would never describe them as boring. I can remember first seeing them play at the 86WC in Mexico (Olsen's team) and they were absolutely thrilling to watch with Elkjar and a young Michael Laudrup. Ever since then it seems they've been a side that will run at you even if they don't necessarily have the better talent overall.
