Last sunday, I went to a lake close to my town with my family and suprisingly found a guy wearing a revs hat. It was the perfect hat I was looking for and I tried to ask him, but he left before I even got a chance to approched him. I will try describe the hat and if any one you know where to get it, please let me know. Here's a simular hat sold in a Revs/Pats Proshop. The hat was little more blueish and didn't have the red buttons on the top. Also more importantly, there was no white square on the back of the logo.
I believe the one you are talking about was made by Reebok...because I have one. No red buttons, or white square, just the logo, with New England Revolution below the logo. It also has the Reebok "swoosh" on the back. Best Revs hat ever sold! It was out, of course, in the early years when they handled the merchandise. With Reebok back, maybe it will come back?? (Or, does Reebok make the one above?) I'd offer mine, but 8-9 years of dried sweat is caked on it. (sorry if you were having breakfast!) -john
The hat in question was actually the Reebok hat that was given to season ticket holders in 1997 as a gift in their ticket package (back when the Revs gave out swag to their STHs).
I have one similar to that, no red button or stitching that I got at walmart. They had a dark navy blue and a black one
