Can't wait for this guy to get noticed and head to a top league. He's obviously tearing apart the midfield in the russian league. You guys get tired of hearing this but I honestly think he's one of the best players we have.
Interesting report out of Russia. Rubin Kazan have been so impressed with Hwang In-beom and it led to their recent loan signing of Japanese midfielder Saito Mitsuki. Rubin were also in talks with a Korean national team player, but the deal fell through.https://t.co/zPyQhEZJGe— Steve Han • 한만성 (@realstevescores) December 16, 2020 Looks like Hwang made quite an impression on them
"Korean international impresses so much, team signs Japanese player". I understand it's more about the valuation of Asian players overall, which is good for everyone, but kinda funny to read
Looks like HIB has been out with tendonitis with no expected return date just yet. Hope he gets better soon.
think its a good time for some speculation. What causes the KNT players to be disjointed when in Club Shirt vs KNT Shirt??? playing out of position? poor tactics? poor execution? I mean, look at this worm...he is fantastic in club level
I think it has a lot to do with the fact that we have wide range of players on the "football IQ" spectrum trying to be managed by B-Level managers/coaches. HIB needs high IQ footballers around him and he just doesn't get that on the NT. The only players I think would be able to understand him and where you need to be/make the run for him is SHM, KCH, SMK, and KMJ. For some reason, he seems to be disconnected from them positionally in NT matches. LKI has the IQ but he is so stubborn that his IQ is effectively halved because he makes ego decisions. Players like HUJ, HHC, and KYG are dumb as rocks and have the first touch of Harvey Weinstein but look good at surface level and are left alone. Instead of being able to lead and dictate play, youngsters like HIB have no choice but to participate in the thoughtless and sophomoric attack that the NT has always suffered from.
Anyone know if he will be staying with FC Seoul till the end of the K league season in Oct? Or will he move on to another team when his current shot-term contract ends this month. He needs to play steadily betw now and the WC. Hopefully he will have a good showing in Qatar that will land him in a top-tier European league.
His performance was terrible in the past friendly matches. Even in the k league, he's not that great.

Olympiacos are close to signing In-beom Hwang, also on Augsburg and Lorient list - Greek club now getting closer after further talks during the weekend. ⚪️🔴🇰🇷 #OlympiacosHwang suspended his contract with Rubin Kazan few weeks ago.— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) July 23, 2022
