Hunter Gorskie, a member of the Cosmos since their return to competitive soccer in 2013, has decided to move on. The 24-year-old defender from Queens has decided to take a try at playing in Europe. Gorskie has a Polish passport, which allows him to play in Europe, Cosmos head coach Giovanni Savarese said Tuesday. And this year Gorskie wanted to explore his options and look for new challenges. Gorskie has been linked to a Polish second division club, Savarese said. Gorskie's older brother Jason plays for Wisła Puławy in the Polish second division. According to Transfermarkt, he made his debut for Miedz Legnica in the 1.Liga (2nd tier) yesterday, playing 90 minutes and picking up a yellow card.
