Uncle Lamar deserves it for saving the Dallas MLS team - then engineering the awesome FSEC complex, followed by working on bringing SLC into the fold, and...so many reasons.

By the way - did you know that the winner of the first Commissioner's Award given out by Don Garber went to "The MLS Supporters Clubs"?
