Holy crap, what a passel of good news to come out as of late! Good to know that the Burn'll last as long as MLS does.

Congrats ... to Hunt for getting such a great organization. :) I'm very happy for the Burn, Hunt, MLS, the Dallas metropolitan area and the fans.

    Appreciate it.

Garber is still looking for a viable stadium site in NY.

They said the announcement would be anti-climactic.

I guess this makes it official.

The Burn has gone from an ownerless, nearly contracted step child to an owned and very secure franchise.

Yes, lets do what Columbus hasn't been able to ever do - be an owner-operated, secure franchise that kicks a**.

I guess Metrohack would fall under that category too since they would never contract a team from NY, even without an SSS.

Good. Now it's the time to get to work. Onward and upward.

    LOL. (snork)

Well, I always had faith in Dallas. It would be crraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy to do away with the team. Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston are three key markets for soccer in general. You got a strong soccer luving Latino community, soccer mommas, established tournaments, etc.

    Woo-hoo!

    El Chapu!
