Just got word, the Galaxy and KDOC-TV will be broadcasting all three Galaxy group play games and the championship of the World Peace Cup in Korea!

    Cannot wait to see it.

I wonder if we will repeat our viewing activities like WC2002 if they decide to have the same kickoff times and broadcast it live. I'm sure we'd rather take a tape-delay to watch it broadcasted at a more appropriate time.

It must suck supporting a team, who hasn't ever come close to playing a meaningful game and not have to worry about "embarassing" mls.... you are the embarassment of MLS.

is there any reason these matches couldn't or shouldn't be made available to Shootout customers?

It's also real nice that they are showing ALL of the matches for all the teams.
It will be nice to see teams from leagues we never get to see like the K-League.

The only thing I can think of is to check into any stations that carry feeds from Korea as we have some stations here on cable and over the air that carry a variety of programs from Japan and Korea and other places mixed up all on the same stations.
In the case of my area, an over the air and cable station KSCI shows soccer from Korea but it's never listed in the listings so I never am aware.
It's possible so I'd check into it.
We have the largest Korean/American community in the US here so I just don't know about your area.

I know eactly how you feel, lasoccervegas2002.

Until last September, I was a Galaxy fan living in NYC & my ONLY way to see their games was through the MLS Shootout package (thank God for DirecTV).

As far as watching the Galaxy in the World Peace Cup, I'm afraid your ONLY choice might be Fox Sports World!!

    Good luck, fellow G fan.

I don't think they will be double selling English broadcast rights. The markets overlap in LA.
It would only be another lanquage, I believe.

    Who would of thought

Out of all the stations of Los Angeles I think KDOC would have been the last station any fan would have imagined soccer being broadcast on.1000th confirmation Wally is senile by allowing an unamerican sport to be broadcast on his beloved station or the new program director is very convincing. You know your getting old when you start to recognize shows on KDOC. A-Team, Charles in Charge, 21 Jump Street.
Now I can see why people thought Murdoch was funnier than hell. As a kid he used to be annoying since he acted like the kid who had to go to the nurses office before lunch to take his pills.
