I can't stop thinking about the two great saves by Howard toward the end of the game. I hate to see him leave. But that's probably a sign showing that it's his last game for us. Hopefully not.

If I told you that Steve Jolley made one of those saves, would you change your mind?

Why, oh why, won't MLSNet post 'great saves of the week', in addition to the goals of the week!? I've emailed them multiple times about it, but they just won't listen!!!

Why oh why does the press continue to ignore major league soccer by not dedicating even thirty seconds of its time to game results?

It's like asking why there is no world peace but it still needs to be done.

I actualy sent an email to ESPN about that today. They run that ticker at the bottom of ESPN2 for all the mattches, and go to the trouble of putting in the MLS tab just to promote their game a week away. Would it really be THAT much trouble to run down the scores at the same time?

I think a better way to deal with this is to actually boycott hese frigging networks. I mean we watch them to get results on all other sports and such, why don't we let them know how we feel about their lack of MLS attention by hitting them in their ratings. We don't watch them until they promise to make a concerted effort to give the MLS a fair shake by not only mentioning game results for 30 seconds, but also actually letting people who might not even know that the sport exists a little intro to the players and some game highlights.

It's all about the bottom line. Hit them where it hurts.
