Okay, while playing cm4 and trying to sing Tim Howard, i realised that he lacks one thing to be able to play in england, having done some research ive noticed he has only played for his country 5 times. Now the work permit thing in england is incredibly strict and requires the playerto have played in 75% of his countrys international games over the past 3 years. It is my view that Manchester United will not be able to sign Howard because of the work permit situation
He has like a Hungarian relative that will get him in if they join the EU. If not ManU will be able to find away around the permit. They are a resourceful club.
