Classic story about half way through where he discusses a film director who was prosecuted during WWI under the espionage act. His crime? Making a movie about the American Revolution in which he potrayed England (our ally at the time) at an enemy! Oliver Wendel Holmes, the great liberal Supreme Court justice votes with the rest to convict him. Anyway, the comical thing is that the film was called, "The Spirit of '76," so the court case was sublimely named, The United States vs. The Spirit of 76.
