    Article a couple of days ago in the Manchester Evening News (surprised no one else has posted this yet)...

    Key comments:

    AMERICAN Tim Howard successfully flew a lone Stars and Stripes in Glasgow to help restore Manchester United's defensive pride.


    Comment from Phil Neville: "We are relieved because particularly in the first half we didn't play well but Rangers did. We are thankful Tim Howard made a couple of good saves."

    The article also, at the tail end, asks the question as to whether Tim Howard has been the bargain of the season in the Premiership. Arguably, a case can be made...

    I agree... I think Howard has done a great job for Man U. -- more than they were expecting. Let's hope he can continue under heavy pressure in some future important games.
