It depends on whether the Lions are in "play well enough to give you a small sliver of hope" mode or "f*ck up in a comedy of errors to crush said sliver of hope" mode. Essentially flip a coin.
Eagles having a surprising season... the NFC is wide open IMO. There is no dominating team. The AFC is still through Broncos-Patriots however.
Could the Vikings go all the way or will Seattle and Green Bay pick up full steam like they usually do.. I still have a feeling it's the latter 2 teams in the NFC final
The Vikings defense is impressive. I just have a hard to thinking that Bradford finally found the right fit, and with McKinnon and Asiata in the backfield will be enough, but maybe.
I think this is the Vikings' year. They were a missed Walsh FG away from defeating the Hawks last year, they are absolute monsters on D, Bradford can do damage, and the Hawks/Packers have quietly been stagnating for some time now IMO.
I can't understand the Chiefs... they play like supermen at home and then turn into high school football away from home. what is it about them and road games?
It's not a home / away thing, it's a "Ryan Fitzpatrick had a shit game and threw 6 INT / San Diego imploded" thing. We could very well be 0-4. But you're right to the extent that the Chiefs are mind-boggling. The loss of Justin Houston was major.
Asking for a friend's fantasy team D), but what kind of touch distribution are we looking at with Charles coming back into the fold? Will Jaamal become the primary back once again like in years past? Will Ware spell him every once in a while? Will this become a terrible committee situation?
Jamaal is slowly being eased back in. Don't expect him to be a primary back for a few weeks. He and Ware will still split duties then as the weeks progress the percentage will increasingly favor Jamaal.
Three words. Big Ben Roethlisberger After our bad loss last week and Big Ben not coming out inspite the score I knew any team coming to the Heinz Field would face an angry Ben and with Bell returning you guys were always going to get torched I really hope the defense can replicate this with Fitzpickrick up next. Good as the offense is the defense would determine just how good the Steelers can be
Their defense is insane. Beating Rodgers, Newton to a pulp these last few weeks. Completely shut down Beckham last night. If they keep getting competent play from Bradford under Center there is no telling how good they can be.
