New seasons coming! New thread. Topics include:

-how Tom Brady's suspension is still ridiculous

-what will be higher: the number of Warrior losses next season, or the number of 3-pointers the Chicago Bulls will make

    -hockey, I guess

Tell me how a 73 win team WITHOUT durant is going to lose?

How can any team defend those 4? Plus role players.

If anyone drives they can and one, or dish to open 3 all damn day long.

What durant did was break the NBA

On paper there's no reason for me to believe the Warriors won't dominate and win it all.

But games aren't played on paper. Shit happens, man. Chemistry. Injuries. Etc. Leicester City.

The best / most talented team doesn't always win.

The 7-game playoff series mostly ensures the best most talented team does ultimately prevail.

So has Hoiberg decided that he doesn't want his players to shoot 3s? Butler, Wade and Rondo all can't hit the threeball consistently. What is the plan?

Lebron and Miami started it. WHen you got James, Bosh Wade and even Ray Allen in the same team. Everyone now realized thats the way to go.

Hardest road and biggest challenge talk from durant is very strange.

I hope he's talking about "personal" challenges and not in the sporting sense.

If it's the latter then I will lose even more respect for him.

Rose, Lee, Melo, Noah and KP6. Not bad on paper. If they stay healthy we will do good in the east.

My hot take's that the Eastern conference is going to be tougher than the West. But to be honest, I'm not impressed with that Knicks team. We'll see, but if I'm being honest, even if it stays healthy, I still don't think it makes the playoffs.
