I am interested in becoming an agent or manager. But I have no experience. I do have a business background and have worked with contracts in media and real estate and have structured deals. I'm not in a major city; just a mid tier city. I'm not trying to go in hard core/fulltime, but just want to find one or two talent in my area that I can work with, develop a bit, and help find a deal. Any guidance is appreciated.
