Don't know much about the source, but apparently he has been close to the Yoro dealings to date.

Possible given Mendes is his agent. We weren't gonna throw money if it's an auction like with Pogba and Utd.

Meanwhile reports that Arsenal and Calafiori move has stalled as Bologna insists on 50 ME.

Members in entourage. He isn't a superstar like 2022 Mbappe for such media drama. :D

Yoro would be the perfect back-up to Rudiger and Militao, and would get plenty of minutes given the uncertainty around Alaba's recovery time. Calafiori on the other than will probably demand to start.

Really wish Marin didn't leave. I think Yoro is still 50/50 but imo I'm not going to be sad if he doesn't come. Just annoyed that its only Rudi, Militao and a still injured Alaba as our only CBs.

Apparently, Arsenal's plan is to have him as LB option with Saliba and Gabriel as starting CBs..

Given the crowded midfield situation, I’m guessing Carlo is going to count on Tchoumeni as the 3rd/4th option at CB this season. Assuming that Alaba comes back by November or so.

Yoro is probably signing for United now, as they will throw whatever money is necessary to get it done. Mendes will push for the biggest payday.

Looks like Yoro might end up in Man U.
We need Nacho replacement. Juni and JAS must finalise it. Alaba won’t be back soon. I really don’t want Vallejo

We need a young CB for that 3rd spot. Hopefully we can get Yoro in. That’s an important signing.

One of the Equadorians would be a good alternative for Yoro if hes ManU bound.

TAA is best friends with Bellingham and Mbappe and Hakimi are besties. :D Hakimi won't be allowed to leave PSG until his contract expires in 2026.

Liverpool might sell TAA if he wants to leave given his contract situation like they did with Mane. But TAA is a regular starter there and Carva will be our starting RB next season. Would TAA be happy with rotational role though for short term.

Indeed imagine if we end up with Trent and Davies, two large holes in defence just to add to an attack where we already have so many attacking options right now we're not quite sure how they will all fit

Tiny bit of context, no one likes Ferland much and no one thinks he is capable of attacking ( except me and one or two others) but even Ferland has turned TAA inside out at times, TAA has no clue off the ball, he doesn't know what to do, we can't go from the warrior on both sides of the ball that is Dani to this dud as a defender

Yes, you can do Davies or Trent, but you can't do both. Certainly not as starters. In a vacuum, Trent makes more sense to me, we have a greater need for a creative and attack-minded right back given that the right side of the attack isn't great overall, having a defensive-minded left back is perfectly fine given how much field tilt we have there to begin with and will even more-so next season have with Mbappé around.

I don't expect Trent to leave Liverpool so it's a bit immaterial, and of course Carvajal just had his best season in years, maybe ever, so the need to phase him out a bit appears to have disappeared for a while to come. Even still, my interest in Davies is nonexistent at this point, worth it on a punt maybe but not for any discernible fee.

    What's your view on Hincapié?

Or just wait until 2026 when Hakimi's contract expires? Happy with Carvajal and Lucas this season. Promote someone from Castilla if we need to. Good to get more Castilla players in the first team.

Hakimi will be put in the stands for 2025-26 like Rabiot and Cavani if he refuses to renew though. They couldn't do that with Mbappe because he's a superstar for France and they also needed him in CL

I don't think Hakimi would want to go through that against a powerful state club given the legal troubles he already has in France. He will probably renew for a lot of money like Verratti did.

Fortea is a highly rated RB. Think he will be playing for Castilla next season.

I don't think we'll sign Hakimi, but I also don't see him staying at PSG. At this point, players likely view a move to Saudi Arabia similarly; whether professionally (PSG) or personally (Saudi), they're sacrificing a lot for a paycheck -- nevermind the questions about actually getting paid in either scenario.

Italian media says PSG preparing 100 ME bid for Osimhen. Seems like PL clubs not interested in spending that kind of money on him.

Conte said Kvara is staying but left the door open when asked about Osimhen's future. He also played in Ligue 1 already with Lille.
