I know, so bad. I wish clubs treat Madrid players the same way Madrid treat other club players.

Plettenberg who's fairly reliable said talks with all parties have started. So I assume Arsenal contacted both RM and his agent.

Still think Rodrygo should stay and compete for at least a supersub role depending on how Xabi plays.

He has it in him to show better than what he showed this season.

Real Madrid suffered this season after failing to sign a replacement for Toni Kroos.

A year after his departure, the midfield is even more imbalanced as Luka Modrić will also leave. @MarcA

Real Madrid have accepted their MISTAKE of not replacing Toni Kroos.

With the midfield even more imbalanced after not renewing Modrić as well, the club WILL SIGN a new midfielder. @MarcA

So a replacement for Kroos AND a replacement for Modric?

A starting spot only opens up if Rodrygo is leaving or accepts rotational/bench role though. Maybe Paz returns if Xabi rates him and get some of the Modric minutes. Guler obviously expected to play more.

Arne Slot: “Trent Alexander-Arnold is going to leave anyway… so why not leave him out, it might be the first gift I can give Xabi Alonso!”. @FabrizioRomano

Need a Kroos replacement essentially says we need 4 midfielder system 'cos Jude, Fede, Tcho are starters. Unless Tcho is sold and they get a DM in Rodri/Busi mould which I don't see happening.

Build up play from the back will improve with Huijsen and TAA as well.

My optimistic side sees similarities with Filipe Luis. Filipe also had a brief time at La Fabrica. Was amongst the best two way LBs of his generation imo.

I'm not impressed, tbh. Feel he could do more given the level of talent he has available.

Certain things you have to keep to yourself when you want to last in this business.

Here's what i mean by this:

    https://www.plg-group.co.uk/

This agency represents TAA, but it's not exclusive to TAA, they respresent other former and current Liverpool players as well. Why are you letting your personal issues with a player get in the way of potentially having first access to a great talent?

You do it like with any other job. Shake hands, say good bye, and secretely wish each other to fail spectacularly.

Looking at the options available and price, Reijnders seems like the best option available.

I really like him, he's a great player. But is he really what's missing in our midfield? Would he give us more control, or would he be similar to players we already have in the team (Fede, Jude to a certain extent)? I'm not sure, haven't checked the stats on this (I trust my eyes, haha). Curious to hear your views.

He is a proper baller and a poor man's KDB but he is not what we need especially when we have Jude, Vinicius and Arda already there for 2 spots.

It’s €150m Leverkusen are demanding for Florian Wirtz. Bayern won’t pay this, so that’s the chance for Liverpool to steal a march in the transfer poker by getting closer to this transfer fee.”
