Just replace Rodrygo with Mastantuono. Nico is not a natural right winger and we dont even need a starter caliber player there, because you want the attack to be Bellingham Vinicius and Mbappe. Let Rodrygo go to City so then you need another rotation level attacking midfielder and central midfielder replacing Modric/Ceballos. For me Mastantuono is better than Paz and not too young like Rodrigo Mora, so him and some project CM like Oscar Hojlund or Merlin Rohl or Larsson would be an ideal scenario for the midfield. I actually think that Adrian Bernabe would have been perfect but it seems hes also injury prone. Not because hes Spanish though whats this "make Madrid spanish again" frenzy now anyway lol. Neither Huijsen nor Williams are "Spanish" in the traditional meaning of the term, so the whole nationalist transfer policy is silly anyway in today's game.
N Williams wtf....just sign a midfielder ffs..enough with this left wing 433 nonsense and with Jude out ,need 4 midfielders on the pitch and no Modric/Ceballos please
I don't see it being very realistic. Stuttgart would try to hold an auction for him. Seems like something that came and went.
The only way he'd accept that is the club pays the full amount remaining in the contract so he can earn more as he signs for another club.
Which is fair. Would we accept it if Vinicius or Bellingham would approach the club in mid-season telling them to terminate it so he can go elsewhere? Just a ridiculous suggestion if true. Next thing you know the club will be charging players to play.
Doubt. He has a release clause of €35-40m next summer per BILD and Kicker. Stuttgart would be lucky to get €45-50m now. €60m as a starting point makes little sense.
I can't remember reading anything remotely close to this. Carlo always valued him, he was a guaranteed starter when fit.
Stuttgart can buy the release clause out of his contract for a 4 mil. bonus. Sky Germany say the clause can be bought back for even 2mil. Euro and Stiller has no say in that. He has to accept their payment/choice. So there basically is no buyout clause lmao
What was dumb thing to do lol, what agent would agree to something like that. Only way that buyout is valid is if he sucks and Stuttgart doesn't care to pay the 4M, in which case no one is paying 40M anyways.
He renewed in January this year, leaving wasn't really part of the plan, and from what Stuttgart claim now, it isn't part of it now either.
Nico would be amazing, definitely upgrade to Rodrygo and upgrade to this year’s Vini. I think it’s just a noise but i would get him for sure. Not at expense of midfield signings though.
I feel like the moment he even comes near us the locals are going to go nuts on his family. Just unfortunate.
