I slept fine last night, got my 8 hours and most nights I'm usually settling into bed around 10. I've heard I talk in my sleep tho. Hard to believe Xabi would choose Modric over Wirtz, IF that was the choice. Sure he won the BdO and his experience is an asset, but he also had his chance as Captain last year. Give Carvajal his turn and then hand it off to Fed.
Stiller has a contract to 2028 with no buyout clause. Don't think it's a realistic transfer right now. He's also injured, so he's not giving us much for a potential CWC run.
I'm more surprised at the lack of announcement of Xabi, considering by all accounts he is making requests, he has announced he is leaving, said his goodbyes, and Carlo's Brazil appointment was announced over a week ago.
I think its disrespectful from the club to announce Xabi while Carlo is still here. CBF is run by corrupt criminals who only announced Carlo to make themselves look good during an investigation. The club was allegedly upset at them doing it do quickly.
JFD: Hugo Larsson appears on the radar of Real Madrid's sporting management. It's a position that needs strengthening, and the Swede has been one of the Bundesliga's revelations. https://www.marca.com/futbol/real-m...ce-radar-direccion-deportiva-real-madrid.html 1924873712580567285 is not a valid tweet id 1924874444180488657 is not a valid tweet id
Did some digging and Sky Sport Germany said we were following him since Malmo days 6 months back. Real Madrid has shown interest in acquiring Hugo Larsson, a promising young midfielder currently playing for Eintracht Frankfurt. The 20-year-old athlete joined the German team last summer and is under contract until June 2029. Real Madrid's scouts have expressed a favorable opinion of him, indicating that he might transfer either during the upcoming January window or in June. His transfer fee is valued at 50 million euros, a figure that is reportedly not a concern for Real Madrid's president, Florentino Pérez. According to Sky Sports, Real Madrid has been tracking Larsson's performance even prior to his transfer to Frankfurt. - 168d ago https://www.transferfeed.com/transfers/hugo-larsson-eintracht-frankfurt-real-madrid/9164909
Bro I hope the club pays you for hyping every player we are interested in and dismissing every one we are not interested in (but should be) lol Jokes aside I am fully on board with Larsson. Reminds me of Lobotka but with much more range and offensive potential. The type of midfielder we need for sure, there may be better out there in the same class, but given his age and completeness, and with the rate hes been improving, he would be a very good signing.
When I watched Frankfurt in person earlier this year, it was their other young midfielder that impressed me, Oscar Hojlund. That guy seems more of a Kroos type distributor and tempo controller. He was everywhere that game and saved them from a lot potential danger in the middle. He was the standout for me.
Like when I said Stiller is very one footed and gets cornered after watching match compilations vs RM, PSG and Italy? JFD, Sky Sports Germany were linking him to RM then. I don't support most of your crazy ideas like sell Vini in 2022 and 3 buy football manager prodigies as if we are Atalanta. Don't get hurt. It's not just me. Majority here and successful clubs don't do it either. You loved the Boehly way and let's see how long it takes Chelsea to win despite spending 1.5 billion in like two years.
Bro Osimhen and Theo are not football manager prodigies. And for the other positions we are looking for depth and squad players, which is good for young talents. Its not like every player I see I believe should play here. As for Vinicius, yes if an exorbitant offer arrives I would accept it. At this point there are too many issues with him and the lack of chemistry with Mbappe for me is the final straw. But were talking about a world record fee obviously. And no, I didnt love the Boehly way, I just didnt laugh and mock it and simply said its an interesting strategy which shouldnt be dismissed expressly. But a lie repeated a thousand times...
Why would they sell though? He's one of the few world class players they have. And they paid 125 ME+ for him. 1924896490427752556 is not a valid tweet id
Has the PL's FFP rules finally caught up with them? Is he pushing for a move away since Chelsea might not qualify for the CL?
i have a feeling that realmadrid may sell both the Vinícius and Rodrygo. One reason is our sudden interest in signing a galáctico
Benfica won't lower the 50 million release clause because they have to give a percentage to Manchester United. Now, Real Madrid is negotiating with them to reach an agreement to pay the 50 million in installments. If nothing unusual happens, Álvaro Carreras will be a Real Madrid player next week. 1924887565263315167 is not a valid tweet id
The price tag for every decent player in the world seems to be 50M now. For real, does Carreras look like a 50M euro defender to you guys. Not to me, admittedly i've only seen him in YT videos. Anybody have a real idea about Kerkez? Liverpool are in the final stages of signing him for a big fee (over 50M). From YT videos he doesn't look like a 50M euro defender either.
Reports suggested that the midfield signing could be after the CWC. Players who have ongoing contracts without a buyout clauses do move. It might not be our preferred MO of late but it can happen if the club wants the player. He won't cost more than €50m.
50m for Carreras is a big risk IMO, more so than 50m on Kerkez. I guess that is what we will have to pay if we want to upgrade from Mendy and Fran, but it's a lot of money vs. the relative upgrade in Carreras.
