They don't realize how difficult it is given the personnel. Look at Amorim with Sporting and now with ManUre. Or Carlo with Napoli/Everton vs Real Madrid. The fact that Xabi won with Bayer was outstanding and he did it unbeaten for 34 games. They need to give him his credit and support him rather than mocking him/hoping for him to fail.
How is worse than Vini when he literally ghosted the entire 2025 with 1 goal and forgettable performances? At least Vini creates danger consistently. We have 2 superior players at his position. He won't be missed as long as the midfield and defense is sorted.
Arsene Wenger also had an invincibles season, it was his peak and when the trophies dried up so did the expectations. Super manager but also very stubborn about doing things "his" way. Basically the opposite of Carlo.
The Vini hate is on another level. Rodrygo has been abysmal. When people make such ridiculous comments it shows the lack of objectivity.
Hahahhahahahaha one of the last people along with a few others to be talking about mocking coaches and hoping for them to fail......good luck Xabi, you get it right and the players perform we hopefully do well, i don't see Farca as some unbeatable team, i'll give all this transfer stuff a miss, but can't wait for next season to start
While I agree that Xabi achieved greatness, this Leverkusen team had real quality. Wirtz is going to be the most expensive Bundesliga player in history surely, and the majority of the players are packing their bags for big things. The ideal interpretation is that they all become better players under the coach and we'll see this effect when he takes on the beast in Madrid, but this squad had quality and balance, of which the Madrid roster only has one.
Rodrygo is far too good to be a third option. Guler can get more playing time in and around the attack, and Rodrygo can go and join a top top team in Europe that gives him the attention and care he deserves. This is truly a situation that is the best for both.
with Asensio potentially joining Dani Alves,Robinho etc in Prison FC,maybe get Tah aswell need another good defender
Just proves that people follow what the crowd say and that they don't even use their eyes. If you go to Instagram and read the comments and if you didn't follow football, you'd think Rodrygo was the Ballon d'Or, dribbles better than Yamal and Vini, and outscores Mbappe. Not a ghost with 1 goal and 1 assist since February. The reality is that injuries, Vasquez and Rodrygo insistence got Carlo gone and RM season destroyed.
If you'd read your post you'd think the squad had viable alternatives to those two though. The truth is it really didn't. Brahim is probably the number one option past Rodrygo but he just doesn't have the spark when he starts, he always finishes well as a substitute though. I know the answer to every issue known to mankind is Guler, but he didn't show that he's a quality close range finisher just yet yesterday against Mallorca (his long range shot is phenomenal), something that Rodrygo just has in the tool box.
Reports suggesting that now Dean is 99% done, the next priority before the CWC is Carreras, and with the bonus being that he's a homegrown talent to help meet registration requirements
Still don't know what to think about Huijsen but i guess he is huge talent if everone wants him. Vamos! Also spanish, well, half

It's a bit irritating that we're moving quickly only because Florentino's relationship with FiFA president and his obsession with CWC. Had there been no CWC this man would have dragged some things out till August messing with our training camp and start to the season.
