Hello guys and gals, Since we are such fanatics of soccer boots, it would interesting to see how many pairs of boots we own and what selection criteria we use to buy and of course use/wear them. Personally I have 8 pairs at the moment having given away 2 pairs to a young friend of mine. Anyway, I choose boots in order of comfort, colorway(superficial and proves that marketing works-i am such a sucker...) and brands. There are just brands that I trust like Adidas, puma nike and I havet yet ventured out beyond those yet although I did own a umbro pair when I was a kid. What are your selection criteria? I also dont wear all of them. In fact there are a couple that havent seen the light of day or touched a blade of grass since I bought them.....just cant bring myself to wearing them for a game....my wife thinks i am mad.... I have: Predator Mania blue FG Predator Mania blue SG Predator Pulse Dragon FG Predator Pulse blue a3 Predator Absolute black FG F50+ Goal F50+ Sun FG F50+ airforce blue FG Nike AZT3 id FG Nike AZT2 id FG Nomis Glove all-black FG So that's 11 pairs. I wear the F50+, the rest are for collecting. I have just bought the Glove in black because I am keen on trying the wet control technology boots. Yeah it's a bit too many in general, so I may sell some boots later... maybe the blue Manias!

Boots that Ive Owned Chronological Order from the past 2 years. Predator Pulsado - samples had em 2 months before the release date. Adidas Leria - Got em for 20 bucks pretty good leather. Nike Ice Vapors - wore these for awhile they were to big so I stopped Nike Flint Talerias - wore em for a bit a tad to snug gave em to my bro. Nike Chrome Vapors - wore these loved the touched hated getting stepped on. Adidas Red/White Pulse - wore these for awhile nothing wrong iwth em. Adidas Gold SuperNovas - one of the best shoes ive worn, pretty much wore the tips out. Adidas Cybers F50+ - havent had these long pretty good touch, tips already wearing out. Adidas Dragon Pulse - havent played in these yet
Ive had about 10 pairs of puma kings that i grew out of. Ive had every predator since the accelerator. Two pairs of vapors. I currently have 6 pairs of boots, 3 of which are ruined. (Im an idiot). -Predator Absolute black FG -Predator Mania blue SG -Valsport Era red SG Ruined boots -X-Boot white FG ( Got a hole in the toe so I tried to black them out and and are now half grey and half white/red -World Cup (Brand new but too big, bought them off my mate for £15! Instead of selling them took the stripes off and they looked really cool, until I got carried away and tried to take the white on the heel, which had foam inside so now they are unplayable.) -Predator Pulse Beckham SG (Too small so I cut the tongue off them, baforehand I had already cut the tongue slightly. They now sit in my room somewhere).
I only spend all my money on boots, boots and soccer shirts. I don't really have any other interests...they get in the way.
haha does everyone suffer from bootalitis here? currently i wear: f50+ red/white fg azt90iii chrome fg prototype ying yang pulse in sg i've had an adidas fevernova, puma kings, and some diadora boots. haha then i became a boot whore lol. my friend and i just can't get enough of boots. however, him having the larger wallet gives him the better collection hahaha. i just steal off him =D. if i had my own way i'd have every boot ever made in every single colourway and stud config. i'm still waiting for r10 legends and the r9 vapors to arrive =(
