I ordered a pair on 2/24 and they took the money only a day or so later but I still haven't received the tickets yet. I know the season hasn't started but once someone takes my money, I like a quick turnaround. Am I rushing it or should I remind them?

Don't know about the Rapids' history, but MetroStars have often not delivered tickets until the week (or day) before the first home match.

I'm pretty sure that tickets will arrive about a week before the season.

    ???

I don't know about this year, but last year I had to go to the stadium box office to pick them up. For this year they said that the tixs will be mailed about 2 weeks before the 12th of april. Hopefully this year they will mail it on time.

Haven't gotten mine yet but not worried. I will contact them to make sure they got my renewal form though.

Don't worry, they will arrive in time for the first match.

I got a letter from the Rapids that the tickets will show up 2 weeks before opening day.

Though you may not have to worry ... history shows that they have messed this up in the past. Last year I had to wait in a MONSTER line missing most of the first half ....

Be cautious is all ... hopefully they have finally got it all worked out.

Actually I think last year was messed up because of a switch to Ticketmaster or something.

So there aren't any pre-season games here. For some reason I though that my last season tickets (year before last) included preseason home games but maybe those were just exhibition games. If I don't have them by the first of the month, I'll get on their case but I think it should be fine. Thanks again.
