Hey guys, I'll be in Japan next week, from the 13th through the 24th, so I'll be able to attend the first week of the JLeague, I guess. Depending on where I'm at, and what my gf (who I'm seeing there) has planned for us, I might be able to see the FC Tokyo vs. Reysol on 3/22 or the Cerezo Osaka vs. Vissel Kobe on the same day. Which one would you see, and how much are tickets?

Very easy, go to Lawson convienve store and buy them there if you can read and speak Japanese, that is what I did, and I always got my concert and game tickets there. Also there should be plenty of seats to go around. Also I don't if the prices are the same, but I paid about 1,500 yen per ticket sitting in the fan sections at the ends of the field.

prices can vary from 1500 - 8000 yen I think.

Thanx. Yeah, there's probably a Lawson's near where I'm staying, so I'll just go there to buy tix if I have the time to catch a game.

No need to buy the tickets in advance, especially if you arent sure you will go. You can buy the tickets at the gate, on the day of the match. Neither of the matches you mentioned will be anywhere close to sold out, so as long as you arrive early, you can probably get good seats.

As for your choice of matches, though, both ones you mentioned will be a bit lame. If I had to choose probably it would be the Reysol-Tokyo match, but if youre going yto be in Japan from the 13th to the 24th, I recommend you go to one of the Nabisco Cup matches on the 15th. Reds vs Verdy at Komaba stadium, in particular, will be a much more exciting atmosphere (though in that case you will need to buy your tickets in advance).

The game of Urawa and Sendai is sold out well. However, the other game is not sold out.
J1 will begin from March 21, J2 began from March 15.
I watched the game of Sapporo.
