Is that the MetroStars reserve team? Or perhaps a Ryman League outfit? And what's with the silly gray stripe running across the shoulders?
It's not a gray stripe, it's a transparent panel on the shoulder that's part of the ventilation system. But it still does look silly even though the rest of the uniform looks fine, and I'd wear a black shirt underneath that jersey so that the shoulders would look better
Looks kinda strange, I guess because I'm still used to see the wider stripes. But they're still nice. Only problem I see is the Metros logo in the center. It looks a bit too high. Richie's gotta get a pair of red kicks, not blue Kappas.
It's good to see them giving Peter Bockman a tryout - and about time, too! From Cosmopolitan League soccer to Major League Soccer - You GO, Peter!
The metros name and logo have always been off. There is also an optical illusion with the jerseys, they all look as if they are wearing bow ties.
noway...these look cool theyre much better than the jerseys we've been wearing, the home ones looked like they were cut from a circus tent and the aways looked like the top to a cartoon prison uniform definitely nice
the 'metrostars' does seem a bit high. i presumed they would be wearing black socks, i see red ones. i guess i am wrong.

Wow, how different our team will look like on openning day! I have mixed feelings about the jerseys. I don't like the shorts, they are just too shiny. Also the Metrostars in the front is so awkward. They would have been much better without it. Are they better then the old ones? I believe they are, because they are of better quality. However, they could have been even better with thicker stripes, anda better logo. Just my thoughts.
