In case the Quakes and Revs meet each other in the next round of the playoffs, is there a train or bus that runs from downtown Boston (or even better, the Newton/Chestnut Hill area) to the 'Boro?? Thanks Alex
There is a commuter rail train that runs to foxborro for special events. I'm not sure about the details. You can probably find out on www.mbta.com.
BE CAREFUL. It is highly unlikely that the train will run for any game other than MLS Cup (and who even knows about that).
Yeah, direct commuter rail trips are not available for Rev games. There may be one for the MLS Cup. Otherwise, you have to take the commuter rail to a nearby station and then take a taxi. There are no buses. Good luck!
Go to mindightriders.com and check out the ride sharing section. People are generally good-natured about that sort of thing, even with fans of the other team. But if you start praying to the Baby Jesus you may end up having to walk home. Tom
Incase you can't find a ride, there is a bus from Logan airport to Foxboro. It'd be cheaper to take a taxi from the stop in Foxboro. http://www.bonanzabus.com/profxlog.htm
