OK, This guy is in my series, V.41. Screaming Eagles FC (221953) HIs midfield is on steriods, he averages 75 Hatstats He only averages 40 in attack and 30 in defense. I average 40 in MF and obviously cannot win midfield. I do however average alot better than him in defense and attack. What do I do?
I would find the weakest flank of his defence and play an offensive winger, wingback as well as a FTW on that side, while being very defensive everywhere else. Your flank attack will probably crush his flank defence and it should be enough for a goal or two.
This is what I was thinking. Kuhn, I don't think my team has enough skill to properly play a counter-attack. Johno, do I also play AOW in addition to overloading the flank or no?
I would say no on the AOW because of what it does to your central Defense and the thought that AOW is broken. Just play it Normal and let the chances fall. If your attacks can match or beat his defense and you can top his attacks with your defense. You still stand a good chance.
