can anyone remember the last time a US friendly was a sell out? granted this is probably a little outside the bounds of "look how far soccer has made it in this country" because a majority of the fans will probably be mexican nationality, but its still pretty cool.

Is it possible to actually determine the crowd's allegience with some exit polling or something? Dang. This is a big game.

Once again, Soccer proves to be extremely popular in the US as an "Event."

I Would love to see a season ticket drive in Houston - similar to that in Tusla. Tonight would be a great place to start.

"Though the stadium box office has sold out, local ticket brokers likely will sell seats throughout the day. One local broker had about 150 tickets listed on its Web site Wednesday night, at prices ranging from $85 each for upper-deck seats to $295 for field-level seats to $385 each for a pair of seats on the club level. Preliminary reports indicate at least 6 people will be rooting for the USA.

7, if you count Bruce Arena.
