that's what I meant-of course he's an option, but if he doesn't start and we are behind in the second half-do you really see Dom putting him in over leaving in Ching and Oduro?

no hate-but I don't think anyone is expecting him to ever score-so does that essentially mean he's not dependable? As for one full game-for us-yep. But I have seen enough of him at Dallas and KC to not get my hopes up. Even Joe had sparks of brilliance in LA an CLB. I haven't seen any flashes of anything from him in his MLS career.

Because Kamara was a better #3/#4 option and we traded him for Abe because he and Dom couldn't coexist.

Abe Thompson is a reserve league/US Open Cup player and has been for the last few seasons. Nothing more than that.

Absolutely. I don't think Dom will play Ching more than 45 minutes tonight due to his belief that fatique increases the chance of injuries.

I think he is good enough to contribute against Metapan.

Come on Abe. Score a brace for me -- screw these other guys! I'm with ya bud!

How do you figure Ching is fatigued? In the past 7 weeks, since Sept 1, he has played a total of 403 minutes, in 7 different matches (one with the USMNT). That's averaging just under 58 minutes of game time per week, which is nothing.

In the past 21 days, during the month of October, he's just played in one match, the 84 minutes he played Sunday against LA.

If anything, he's one of the most rested Dynamo regulars right now and is in danger of not being match fit or on form. If Dom doesn't start him and play him the whole match (or until the match is decided because the Dynamo are up 5-0 or something), I'll be amazed. Getting him some game time tonight before the playoffs start should be a good thing.

Pachuca is really pressuring. Just had a goal snatched up by the keeper. I guess Pachuca didn't forget. :)

There are high school teams in the Houston area that could score against Metapan but if Abe were to play, he wouldn't be the one scoring, it would be his teammates.

Heh...the rebound fell to the Pachuca player who shot it....who promptly swung and missed at the follow up prompting the Telefutura announcers to announce "Strike 1"

I'd feel a lot better with a couple of first half goals. Come on Pachuca...help a brotha out.

Ok, here's a problem... my satellite went out because it's raining too hard.

And my question is, if this rain is coming from the hurricane in Baja like they say, how come it's not raining in Pachuca?

Take a map, draw a straight transversal line from the point where the hurricane touched land, then see how close our area is to that line and how close Pachuca is, remember how the border moves south once you get to the Rio Grande, if you could move Houston to the Pacicif coast, it would be on Mexican territory.

kamaras gone get over it... its not like he was a scoring machine. let that prima donna rot in kc, thats what he gets for thinking he was better than what he was worth. you dont see cameron (who is worth more than 2 kamaras) bitching publicly about his lame salary... or holden (who is worth about 3 kamaras)...

get over it people... se fue a la verga ya!!!
