In another terrific opportunity to secure the full three points at home, our guys host a poor Montreal team.
Add in this stat from over the years, 8-1-1 overall with 22 goals scored and 8 allowed, this is a must win of the highest sense of MUST win!

C'MON BOYS! GET ER' DONE!!! DALE DYNAMO!!!

I watched the 10 minutes in the 1st half where Montreal scored two goals. Team looks oddly disorganized at times. Wasn't worth watching the rest.

There’s a scene in the season finale of season 2 of True Detective where Vince Vaughn’s character is left in the desert to die but he’s still limping through the flat sand trying to find help. He then sees his wife and gains the strength to walk normally to her and stand up straight. Upon reaching he says something along the lines of “hey baby, let’s get out of here” in a smoothish type way. She looks back at him and says “honey you died 30 ft ago”. Camera pans back over to his body bleeding out in the sand.

that seems analogous for this Dynamo season

Wow. Looking at the moves this team has made I thought it could get bad -- but not THIS bad.

Is Eric Sviatchenko no longer with the team?

Dynamo are now -10. It is getting pretty damn ugly. I just want them to honestly assess the situation and want to fix the problem (meaning Ownership, Onstad, Mendehlson, Olsen all willing to re-assess their thinking), rather than have a knife fight over who gets fired.

For me -- this season is just demonstrating how significant HH was to this team despite injuries and that little impetuousness. This team better get into the market for a BIG midfield DP this summer -- one that defines the team and runs the game. One will not be cheap.

Posting this for context as the Ponce news broke just over a year ago today. If there is a big move coming we need to hear about it soon or there isn’t one coming.

One of the biggest busts we've ever had.

We need to "go big" and announce Thomas Muller!

Might the worst game this iteration of the team has ever played. I was getting flashbacks to the Detroit game.

It's amazing (not really) how much better we looked without Bassi, Kolache and Ponce on the field.

    Lingr is a man.

    Ennali is a difference maker.

Ponce so far = 1 goal per 343 mnts. Roughly 1 goal per 4 games. If he reaches his current trend for 8.5 goals for the year, I'll consider it outperforming his competence.

Losing to THAT team at home is inexcusable and is a blight on Olsen, the FO and the players. Opposing teams bunker, counter then score on us. Our inability to do anything worthwhile in the final third and prevent the other team from executing one obvious tactic is mind numbing.

The first rumblings of "olsen out" are beginning to form.

    PS

I second the motion of "where is svia"????
