I also like black & white and think that either Corinthians' or Newcastle's probably look the snazziest, although in different ways, among b&w teams.

Also, remember that most games will be at night, so sun on black isn't usually going to be an issue. Then again, using the whites as the home uniform would force the visiting team to wear their (usually dark) colors, which would contribute to the psychological home advantage - at least during the first year until people figure out that dark at night isn't a problem.

I like the Orange and White uniform but I really like the "Juventus" style of uniform. That would be really nice ;)

I like the Orange and White too..I could see that.

I really like the above, except for the "Chivas"-looking third strip... And with a second look, why does the Road kit remind me so much of RSL?
Ah, well, we can't all be perfect, then, can we? ;)

That's not bad. I'm not sure about the colors, but I really like the the team badge. Looks nice.

    Thanks for the photoshop job.

I haven't seen Werder Bremen's jerseys before that link. I'm not sure if I like the jersey style, but I really like the color combination.

If you don't like the new one (official name "parrot2") try the old style:

    Classic!

Finally an old proposal submitted by a Werder supporter:

    Always liked the design.

FYI there is a story making the rounds behind the scene that Colorado is going to rebrand with new logo and colors (not the name) for the new stadium when it opens. And that they will be "probably" be going back to green.

then again it's just a story.

I really like the third jersey with the vertical stripes. It reminds me of pin stripes. I think that is a jersey that looks cool enough to get people who don't even like/know about MLS to buy it simply because it kind of smacks of a baseball jersey.

Very true. Those are all just sweet looking uniforms....if those would be what they are. But with cowboy hats and boots at the press conference you're almost assured of something with a cowboy-esque appeal. :(

If they are going cowboy, then brown or black will probably become one of the colors.

Seems like Orange is the most popular color...
I think they should play with the same away Valencia kits...

    Flashy and simple...

not the awful werder kit... absolutely ugly... one of the worse uniform in Europe...

I really think that they should pay homage to the "old school" Houston colors.

    Orange (Astros):

    Columbia Blue (Oilers):

    Red & Mustard (Rockets):

Some combination of these, maybe Valencia style orange, with columbia blue lettering, piping, etc.

Any chance you can put Columbia Blue instead of that darker blue, just to see how it looks?

I like the color scheme there, but I think actual thin pinstripes would be better (like the old scotland kits). The stripes on these bring back ugly memories of the Dallas/LA/Tampa shirts from 97.

While I agree that MLS needs a green jersey for some diversification, I think that the idea that a green Houston MLS kit would be popular among Mexican Americans just because El Tri wears green is assuming A LOT.

I was pretty bummed when FC Dallas came out with the hole cow theme but when it is all said and done, it's just a small patch, so it ended up not being a big deal.

I really hope that they were just being stereotypical by busting out the Cowboy gear. I must say that I hate Football's Cowboys and would hate for my futbol team to be Cowboy themed. So many other better options, Eagles, Rovers, etc.

That was along the lines of my idea... Columbia blue shirts, white shorts & orange socks at home, and orange shirts & shorts, and columbia blue socks on the road.

Forget adding the red/yellow of the Rockets, that would just get in the way, IMO.

I really like Orange in general and would think they could do something in Orange with a grey secondary color. The Pheonix Suns have an alternate Jersey that uses Orange and Grey and I really like that matchup.

I don't know if I could wear those, not because they're ugly, just for other reasons....related with Guadalajara...
