Coach O' did a great job St. Francis. Another tough place to win but was able to be pretty good. You look at the jobs open for now and most of them are probably poorly funded or among the tougher gigs out there. High expectations but without the resources to match.

Not exactly the high end of the Division I food chain but there are only 210 jobs so I would think some top assistants or guys moving up from D2.

The last time I looked at FP's roster it was absolutely loaded with Esp Nationals. I don't know if that's possible at Div1 BryantU but the new HC will probably give it a try.

Because most D2s players and coaches are internationals and successful mid-majors are now mostly internationals. It makes sense to find someone experienced in recruiting internationals.

20 out of 33 players who made All-America were internationals. Take out the high-level academic schools Duke, Penn, Georgetown, Cornell, and Stanford and you have just 6 players out of 33 that made All-America. One from IU, MD, Akron, Vermont, Creighton, and 2 from Washington.

Kennedy has won two NCAA titles as a head coach at the D-II level and two NCAA titles as an assistant coach at the D-I level. That's about as good a resume as almost any program, particularly won that hasn't ever done much nationally, can realistically expect.
