Kyle Rote Jr. has apparently agreed to a 2 year deal with the Quakes. It also looks as though Ricky Davis is about to sign on as well.

Ah, this reminds me of the good old days. My favorite legendary player who never showed up, though, was Harut Karapetyan. I remember the stories we used to tell - like how he scored the fastest hat trick in MLS history - and I remember how people used to doubt that he even existed. If only he really did - think of how different those futile Clash years would have been.
