Actually, I must correct myself. I presume that there would be a penalty kick competition as the result was a draw. So, Hong Kong will win if they win the penalty shoot-out, all 3 teams will be tied if Myanmar win the penalties (in which case, I believe Singapore will win the tournament because they have actually won a game in normal time, 1-0 v Myanmar). OK. This is strange. There was not a penalty shootout. This seems weird after the fact that in the previous match, a penalty shootout was arranged so that a winners trophy could be provided for the match. So, who won the tournament? I think that it should be Singapore, but it might be Hong Kong depending on how many points they got for beating Singapore on penalties. Does anyone have any idea????
