I don't understand how HK govt will not allow spectators to enter the sports grounds. Local tours can restart with fewer than 30 guests, theme parks are open restaurants are open and cinemas are open, all at 50% capacity, so why can sports grounds/stadiums open?
https://sports.now.com/home/news/details?id=31121178804 The 2020-21 HKPL season may feature 3 cycles instead of just home and away, since R&F left the league and they need more matches for each club. But it is still not confirmed.

Near the 58th minute, Clement Benhaddouche's cross found Matthew Orr once again and scored which gave him his hat-trick of the match.
Now 6 people can eat together at a restaurant, pubs can open to 2 am, swimming pools can re-open, theme parks can operate at 75% capacity, yet no news about football stadiums re-opening for fans...

Is the Sapling Cup not counted as a real trophy due to it being a youth focused tournament? I noticed that Soccerway does not keep track of Sapling Cup matches.
Here's the full pdf with all the fixtures. I don't understand why they decided to schedule the Sapling Cup knockout stages for May and June. They should just get it over with by February.
http://paper.wenweipo.com/2020/11/05/SP2011050017.htm Cheung Chi-Yung has retired from professional football. He was captain of the Hong Kong side that won the 40th HK-Guangdong Cup in 2017-18. He is only 31 but apparently unable to find a new club.
Don't understand why Cheung would have a hard time finding a club. A strong, 6'1 center back and a HKPL veteran. Teams should snap him up.
Fans will be allowed back into stadiums starting this weekend Attendance will be capped at 75% capacity...not that it really matters.
I just don't understand why it took so long to re-open the open air sports grounds to the public, when enclosed cinemas opened long ago.
Kitchee 5:3 BC Rangers It is an 8 goals thriller with #8 Matthew Orr getting his second hattrick against the same opponents.
Sun Ming-Him has joined TSW Pegasus. Chan Siu-Ki claims Sun has the potential to take over his former striker position for club and country.
The boy must have grown. I didn't realize he was so tall! Almost the same height as Chan. And it's great he will be taken care of by the Lo family.
Will have to wait and see whether Sun can live up to expectations. In other news, Eastern have re-signed Fung Hing Wa along with former Kitchee midfielder Jared Lum. The two were meant to join R&F before the club disbanded.
Chan Siu-Ki himself, as well as Chan Wai-Ho, have both signed to play for First Division club Eastern District. It will be fun to watch their matches, especially since FIrst Division matches are free admission.
Kitchee has added Alexandre Dujardin who is the younger brother of former HK U23 player Remi to their squad.
