Much prefer our guys moving to European leagues rather than MLS. Don't get me wrong in some cases it might be the equivocal standard and I'm guessing they pay better but it's just not as competitive and there's less scope for development. It would be great to see the likes of Joesph Rosales play in Europe instead but once you hit a certain age your basically stuck there.
Jospeh had a legit offer to move to the Serie A but Minnesota rejected it because it was a late in the window, they then went on to trade him to Austin FC lol. I would much prefer Kevin Perez to go to Europe instead of MLS Next where Cincinnati would move him.
What's the beef with B Rochez? The man still isn't getting a look in now under Molina... something must have gone down.
After rumors of him signing with Genesis PN, Valerio Marinacci has officially signed with Motagua. Comunicado Oficial: Valerio Marinacci🔗 https://t.co/336qT4gYHL pic.twitter.com/4YFwvhR2yW— Fútbol Club Motagua (@MOTAGUAcom) May 29, 2026

Motagua announcing the signings of Batiz y Marinacci. Apparently Motagua want Nayrobi Vargas too, but Emilio Izaguirre sees it difficult to sign him because Nayrobi wants to stay abroad. He needs playing time ASAP. I think Motagua would be a great look for him.
I asked the same question. I don't think Mathias is setting the world on fire either at Cincy.. maybe someone has a relationship w their scouts or something
Interesting team that Motagua are building, Natrobi would be solid and would get guaranteed game time with Romario being out with injury.
Big shame for both of those two. Feel like we haven't really seen what Vargas is about either. That would make Keyrol's professional debut even more likely now.
Darlin Mencia could be out of the Friendly vs Argentina due to suffering an injury during a game with Montevideo Wanderers.
Honduras U-20 lose their first match in Spain vs Elche falling 2-1. Lone goal by our side scored by Darrel Oliva of Motagua.
Guess these abscesses aren't as disastrous now we only have the one friendly. I've got high hopes for Mencia for this cycle too.
Hard to gauge what Elche's level would be like but any youth team which regularly competes in the Spanish system will be decent. Regardless of the results, all these matches are really valuable learning for the technical staff and development for the players. Plus, that u-20 team still isn't at full strength either as they're missing the Belgian kid and the other one from Inter Miami.
Jose Pinto has decided to sign with Sporting of Costa Rica joining former Olimpia teammate Carlos Pineda. This team must have some serious financial backing to sign these guys.

I would have loved to see him at Sevilla, as we all probably would have. Although it can only be a positive to continue with a club that's willing to invest in him like they have done. I imagine they see him as investment with resale potential given he's not too too old yet.
Plus, as much as prestige matters - having another playing in La Liga, the best thing for us is him playing regularly and at a high level which I think the Polish league is.
A lot of players supposedly. Choco Lozano still out there. Bigger question marks would be Jorge Alvarez y Edwin Rodriguez? Does they stay or go to CR like Pineda and Pinto. Richard Nixon, can he some how leave abroad despite his drama filled season and knee injury. Mike Arana? The U20 fruit tree yield anything? Maybe Yemerson Cabrera to Spain after his performance? That's off the top of my head
