Zola played his final game for Chelsea today in 2003...against Liverpool.

Klopp has referred to this as "one of the biggest games in world football." He's like that insufferably optimistic kid that could be sitting outside in pouring rain saying how awesome it is.

Ivan out and Costa out (likely for year). Kasey Palmer and Tammy Abraham are in travelling squad. Not sure if Miazga is involved. And if he isn't..why. He made one clearance to an opposing player who scored. Not his only mistake against Swansea that day, but our defenders have been so bad all year. Ivanovic was Montero's bitch TWICE this year and he gets a contract extension.

Yeah Miazga's been treated poorly IMO. Why not Clarke-Salter too. Tammy deserves an appearance IMO. He's as prolific as Dom was.

Would like to see both Pato and Traore play TBH.

Ivanovic has been getting burned on the right hand side all season long. I've never seen such a horror show from a Chelsea defender for such a consistent period than watching him play the first however many matches then finally getting injured. Wish we could give that kind of faith to a youth player or one of those KDB or Schurrle types that ends up leaving us.

We could have had Luis and Az as our backs this year, which would have been great. CB depth would have been Terry, Cahill, Ivan.

Nah.. we were better off not playing and selling back one of the better (best?) left backs on the planet so Ivan could continue being our mainstay at right back. IT MAKES SENSE I SWEAR

Really want to see Pedro in this one to see how he copes with a mask. Could really do wonders for his confidence headed into next season.

RLC, Traore, and Kenedy need to start. I'm not optimistic. Would also like to see Tammy get a run out over Pato. I give zero ********s about Pato.

I may not even watch today. Obviously a bad sign for Matt Miazga to not even make the bench, but what about RLC and Kenedy? Why the hell not throw a few of the kids out there?

******** off, Guus. This is a pathetic line up. I would not blame a single kid in the youth set up for not signing with us. Worst season in years and nothing to play for and we keep throwing Pedro out there.

Yeah, I'm getting really tired of Guus' team selection. I was excited for him when he became our interim manager but now please fuck off and let's end this season already.

Please tell me Miazga is hurt or sick . It's unbelievable how Mikel is shoehorned into every game

Is Oscar healthy? A sub last game, but before that I think he was left completely off a couple times and again today. That can't be a good sign.

He literally just confirmed he was staying last week.

He was either injured or sick last time he wasn't in the squad. Also spoke about how he was prepared to make an impact next season today or yesterday.

Not that that means anything but I'm going to try and avoid reading into that stuff. Mikel at CB gives me enough anxiety.

Not joking, I actually just Googled Loic Remy to see if we sold him last January. I thought maybe, couldn't quite remember.

I've been pissed with Guus for a while now. He was mainly playing for draws to keep us safe and mid table. We should have been playing the kids much earlier, but once we were out of reach for any European spots, 3 kids should have been in the starting lineup each week.

It's not as if the kids are way behind our seniors players either, RLC, Traore, and Kennedy, all have looked just as good as our mediocre senior squad members this season.
