http://www.timesdispatch.com/sports/localpros/MGBKQBFO2CD.html Marco Ferruzi of the Richmond Kickers is looking to break into MLS. The Kickers front office said they wouldn't stand in his way (free transfer) if an MLS team was willing to pick him up. 2002 Kickers' MVP. Probably pretty inexpensive. Nice guy...
He is all over the field for the kickers and he's a nice finisher too. If he's going to play at the MLS level he has to this season because he probably only has 2 years left in him to be competitive at the MLS level.
From Kickers' website: http://www.richmondkickers.com/players/ferruzzi.htm He's 32, but doesn't miss much playing time. 5' 9" 170
Yeah i saw him play last year, and he is good. But good in A-League isnt always good in MLS.Maybe with some Ray Hudson flowing through his veins he could be good mls material
Hey Kelly, When I was checking out the Kickers site, I noticed that there's a DCU/Richmond exhibition game in April... My shout at Penny Lane if you're up for the trip.
My wife and I went to that match last year and had a really good time. Is there a date for this years preseason match between the two?
Yer on. "In Penny Lane there are some drunks under the photographs, The other drunks laugh at them behind their backs, and though the drunks never eat Big Macs In the pouring rain very strange... Penny Lane is full of beers and full of pies! There beneath the blue Richmond skies ...and meanwhile back... etc.
Sat, April 5 The SEs are looking into a dinner and game deal (gotta get yourself down there). Details coming soon K
