I consider mysef fairly knoweldgeable when it comes to soccer shoes esp from the late 90s to mid 2000s. I was wonderinf if anyone had any info on these. I picked these up off a guy on ebay claiming they were some type of prototype and cuz I had never seen a pair like this before I went ahead and got them. I have multiple pairs of predator accelerators, and touches, and I know these are a type of the rapier edition that came out at the same time as the accelerator line, but they do have some subtle differences. If anyone knows anything I'd appreciate the help.....The rubers are obviously different than any pair I've ever seen, and they have subtle differences like the red stitching on the adidas stripes that regular rapiers don't have.

    Thanks for any help guys

The top ones look like. The junior model, I had those but mine were the SG studs, what size are they? They look quite small, if they aren't the junior model then they could be the cheaper version. All I remember about those boots is them being HEAVY! No idea what the accelerators could be unless they did a ladies model in them, I don't remember them doing those though.

Thanks for the help, I just googled the first image as a reference of what the regular rapiers looked like in comparision to the ones I picked up....the predators back in the day were DEF heavy compared to what they are putting out now....
Any additional info anyone has would def be appreciated...thanks

I don't know, but They're pretty cool, either way!
Do you actually play in these boots or just keep as a kind of souvenir?
I kept looking at retro predators a while ago.
They were pretty expensive, but I kept wondering if i'd even wear them to play in.
I'd feel almost guilty about wearing boots that aren't being made anoymore

I wish Adidas would bring back the old style predators.
I'm surprised that they haven't already. Surely there'd be a huge number of people who
    would like to buy them!?>>

Hi mate! Is there a label in them? I had the astro versions of the top one which like you said were the 2nd tier rapier model. I've seen women's accels before and these aren't them. Think they were called a Maneeta or something along those lines.
If say you've got a chance of the being a sample. Never seen the pads on the toe before, maybe it was the idea pre the fins for the accels as they were flattened a lot from the touch's

No need to apologise I wasn't having a go at you, you didn't bump the thread and why would you think the check the dates in the thread. Just didn't want you waiting for a reply you might not get.
