I don't think that they like football too much .... The only player of Amazonia in ten history of our football is luis Mosquera from millonarios he said in an interview is that america is their favorite team
Really ? A city with Colombians and brazilians ? . Two nations that love football , they could least enjoy watching their national teams even if their city don't have any clubs to represent them .
Damn ..ill be 35 un 2026 . ..lol I'm pretty sure Colombia will be a lot more modern by then. Cali has improved a lot and they are still coming up with new projects for the city and I'm sure in the bigger cities they are improving a lot . Bogotas biggest problems is their traffic imo.
I don't think we would be ready to host it, and I also don't think it would benefit our economy. Actually, it could bankrupt us
..I have a feeling the politicians in Colombia are all over this , and it's not to make the colombian people super happy , it so they can get their great multi million dollar package deal ..they don't care if we go bankrupt lol .
It will be Brazil 2014 all over again with protests and all that but they know that I they probably don't give a rats ass imo . I read a lot of recent news of the mega renovations that will start in the big cities in Colombia...smells like they want to make the cities look like Disney land for the tourist . ..smells like World Cup shady business . In the same time though there's some ugly parts of Cali that look like junkie central so I don't mind if they fix these things anyway :$
That will be great hopefully we get the same deal Brazilians got ..U.S. citizen = cheaper tickets lol
Can't wait until the day where we look back on this and drink aguardiente while we watch Colombia play in our home turf during the world cup.
This is a terrible idea btw...It's incredibly expensive and those funds could and should be used on other more important things. Brazil spent around $3 billion dollars on the world cup and some of the stadiums aren't even being used now. http://www.businessinsider.com/brazil-world-cup-stadiums-one-year-later-2015-5
Yeah but i think the stadiums need to be bigger. Cali Medellin Barranquilla and bogota wont be a problem then Manizales (Once Caldas) Cucuta (Cucuta deportivo) Ibague (Tolima) Cartagena (Real Cartagena) would be pushing it .... and im still venues short
